Compensation:
Commission-based compensation level will be determined by previous experience and ongoing production, and can exceed 80% of GDC.
This position has averaged $100K per year in compensation over the past several years, but the earnings potential is unlimited and entirely up to you.
Additional income sources include asset-based compensation, referral fees, overrides, and incentive compensation. Commissions are paid on every line of business sold.
Bonuses and incentives are available, and can include monetary compensation, tuition reimbursement, world-class trips, and more!

As independent advisors, we are able to offer comprehensive, competitive products and solutions to our clients. This includes a near limitless number of insurance and financial services, and access to high quality money management services with outstanding track records.
Most of our sales supplies are provided free by the vendors, as is product training.
Environment:
High-energy and active team of financial professionals and referral sources.
Access to our large professional space for prospecting, training, client meetings, workshops, etc. with the potential of earning your own office space (production requirements must be met).

*Requirements:
*Industry experience, transferable assets a plus.
*Required Licenses: Series 6, 63, & Oregon (life, health, and variable) insurance license
Status: Full-time or half-time with full-time intention within 6-9 months.
Proven experience and success in selling financial products (i.e. mutual funds, annuities, insurance products, 401(k), 403(b), etc).
Reliable car and laptop computer.
Ability to meet with clients in the evening and occasionally on Saturday.
*Although we are seeking licensed individuals to join our team, there are opportunities for training and licensing for the right inexperienced person.

Meet and exceed established sales and activity goals.
Mine for potential clients from internal and external sources.
Follow up on sales leads generated through your business development efforts.
Assess prospects financial situation by gathering information regarding their investments, short and long term goals, and risk tolerance.
Educate prospective clients about their options.
Implement planning that address the evolving financial needs of your clients throughout their lifetimes.
Service and consult with existing clients after the sale, asking for referrals to build your business.
Maintain and build your own client database.
Daily activities:
Attending and being prepared for training meetings.
Business development calls to prospects and clients.
Travelling to businesses and workplaces to promote yourself and prospect.
Information-gathering appointments with prospects.
Presentation of solutions through face-to-face meetings.
Tracking of your activities and closes.
Continuing to update your sales skills.
