Crimson Trace Corporation (CTC), located in Wilsonville, OR, is the leading manufacturer of laser sights for small arms. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Purchasing, Planning and Logistics Manager. Responsibilities include purchasing products and supplies, coordinating purchase forecasts, production planning, warehouse management and management of the MRP, Purchasing and Inventory Control Systems. This position supervises three to four direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Preferably APICS certified as CPIM.
• Posses 3-5 years experience in purchasing, production planning and inventory management.
• Competence working with Microsoft Office software, with specific experience working with manufacturing control, distribution systems and inventory information systems. MAS90/MAS200 preferred.
• Strong math and logic skills required.
• Must be a change agent with w/excellent people and project management skills.
• Previous management and leadership experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must with a general understanding and strong appreciation and respect for other cultures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Manage all purchasing, shipping & receiving and warehouse functions including maintenance of an accurate inventory control system.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Departments to develop forecasts for product requirements.
• Supervise the Buyer in purchasing products, supplies, and MRO items. Source items for best economic value and vendor. Ensure timely deliveries through the use and supervision of the Purchasing system.
• Implement, maintain and supervise the MRP, Purchasing, and Inventory Control systems to maximize inventory turns, production efficiencies and system accuracy.
• Analyze and develop forecasts for inventory items using the MRP system.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Department to develop and maintain master production schedules.
• Conduct inventory planning meetings.
