Milwauukie Cop "With a Bad attitude" (Milwaukie )

Has anyone been pulled over in the last 2 years by a Milwaukie motorcycle cop with a real bad attitude he is real rude real disrespectful if you ask any questions he threatens to have your vehicle towed He has been known to scare people so bad they where scared to speak out he has been known to even make a woman cry so bad that she wet her pants, all over a so called traffic violation
This cop is a loose cannon i have found out about this cop through a first hand experiance and half to say i was in fear for life during this stop .... and i am putting together a list for future action as complaints to the milwaukie police don't give a crap i have found that if a lot of people with a similar account go forward then action can be taken
Please send me your emails and if you police officer want to send me nasty emails also be sure to include your name ,police dept. and BPSST # so i can include it also after all this is freedom of speech you don't have all the rights
