Call Center / Customer Service Representative (Milwaukie, OR)
ACS, Inc. in Milwaukie, OR is needing over 50 new employee's to start training in April.
Description:
Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Good verbal & written communication skills
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Should be able to type at least 25 wpm
Some customer service experience is desired
Additional Details:
Day and evening shifts are available! Full time hours working into the call center schedule which is between 6am - 11pm seven days a week.
Candidates must have availability to work a full time shift between these times.
Applicants should expect some weekend hours/days.
Paid training will be provided/required for the first 6 weeks.
