The general outline of this position is driven by our value proposition to efficiently and accurately reduce the administrative burden from our Clients and the agent of record. Therefore, the Office Manager must have a professional working knowledge of Employee Benefit Plans, Consumer Spending Accounts (FSA, HRA, DCAP) and COBRA regulations. Effective and timely use of the Company systems (email, tasking, and following through with timelines) is a must. The position also requires an excellent customer service skill (both written and verbal), excellent knowledge of general bookkeeping and first-rate organizational skills.

DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS
• General Bookkeeping – payment entry, invoicing, reconciling of accounts, preparing reports, etc
• Support departmental (COBRA, Reimbursement, General Agency) administrative functions
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interact cordially with others in order to accomplish job tasks.
• Desire to continually improve internal processes and procedures
• Must be a self starter able to thrive without constant supervision
• Contribute to the daily workflow with regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School graduate
• QuickBooks experience in a bookkeeping role
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication, written and presentation skills.
• Work well independently, able to organize work, problem solve, analyze and utilize time effectively
• Good computer skills and knowledge of information systems.
• Required sitting for extended periods of time, working in a busy office environment, varied amounts of stress, frequent use of telephone and computers.
