Out of state lender service provider seeks local contractors (licensed/insured/bonded) to maintain residential properties in the state of Oregon prior to or in the foreclosure process. Job scope covers general maintenance/light refurbishment on properties. Successful applicant needs to be able to pass a background check (fee of $57.95) and have reliable transportation (truck), light hands-on construction experience (tools/lawnmowers, weed whackers/laptop computer with wireless connection/GPS) and the ability to use a digital camera, navigate the internet for uploading photos and reports.
