Equipment Operator Foreman for progressive berry farm. 3+ years of agricultural equipment operation, employee management skills, must have a mechanical apptitude, team player able to succeed in a diverse environment. General duties oversee and run equipment operations, general maintenance and service for the farm. Able to understand specialized equipment. Bi-lingual a plus.
