House Coordinator is a full-time opening in a group home serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
Hours are typically during the day, Monday through Friday. You would have to be on call for emergencies (staffing and otherwise). Duties include supporting individuals we serve, scheduling staff for other shifts, and other responsibilities as the lead staff person in the home.
We are looking for employees who love working in a home and community environment assisting people with developmental disabilities to enjoy all aspects of life in the Oregon City area. Applicants must have experience working with people with developmental or other disabilities and some supervisory experience.
Position pays $12.97 to start and goes to $13.33 after probation period, with regular performance increases, generous benefits and paid time off, and extensive on-the-job training.
Applicants have to be 18+ years of age, have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record, and a HS diploma or a GED to apply. We do extensive background checks.
