Galt Foundation has an immediate opening for an Administrative Specialist for a construction site. Qualified candidates MUST be able to start work immediately to be considered. This is a temporary position with a duration of approximately 3-4 months; the rate of pay is $12.25/hr.
Key qualifications include:
* Minimum three years experience providing administrative support for a construction company or in a construction atmosphere **REQUIRED**
* High degree of proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint **REQUIRED**
* Ability to work independently to accomplish work according to already established procedures
* Experience scheduling calendars and arranging meetings, writing various office documents and correspondences, answering phones, providing excellent customer service, organizing and maintaining filing systems
* Excellent writing and proofreading skills
* Fine attention to detail
* Good judgment in the workplace with professional demeanor and presentation
