Established and growing Property Management Company is currently seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to work 10-20 Hrs. a week, in Government Camp.
Must have strong selling and computer skills.
Responsibilities include the following:
Marketing vacant unit (s)
Must be willing to do outreach marketing to local Businesses
Processing Applications
Cleaning grounds
Must be able to work Monday, Friday and Saturday.
**Must be detail oriented, take directions well, and able to Multi task**
***Total of 48 units** *
****Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check****
