More Details:
Rear section of coach has separate bedroom area with double mattress side by side twin beds with lots of space in the middle. Also 2 clothes closets for hang up stuff on the left and right sides. Three cabinets above beds and rear window. Twin beds can easily convert into a queen bed. Just put a Coleman aluminum fold up cot (came with it when I purchased coach) on the floor between twin beds. A wood panel sets on the cot and queen size roll up 10‘ thick mattress sets nicely across twins and cot to form a comfy queen bed. You can isolate the bedroom area from the rest of the coach by opening the bathroom door all the way. It is designed to enclose the rear bedroom area including the restroom, shower and tub that are positioned across from the restroom. Restroom has a flush toilet, sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, vanity, and full length mirror on inside of door. Rear of coach can be very private and is very cozy and roomy. There is also a curtain that pulls across the bed area to isolate it and the closets so others can use restroom or shower when you are sleeping in bedroom area. Front of coach has full size sofa that opens up into double bed. Kitchen dinette located opposite sofa converts to bed and sleeps 1 adult or 2 kids. There is drop down bunk above driver and passenger seats that sleeps 1 adult or 2 small kid’s. Located in middle of coach is propane stove with oven, and built in microwave above. Across from stove is the refrigerator freezer. Full length food storage closet with 2 drawers located right side of fridge. More storage cabinets located above stove, dinette, and sofa. More storage under dinette benches, and the double sink, sofa, and refrigerator. Coach runs and drives perfect. Appliances all work. Thermostatically controlled, propane fuel forced air furnace, and propane water heater. Fridge is 3 fuel using propane, 110v or 12v. I like it best on propane as it is easy start up from inside coach on those late night arrivals. Also it has a faster cool down and can run full strength while driving. The 12v mode is only designed to maintain cold after it has reached full temp with propane or 110v. It uses very little propane and has inside start up switch. Has a roof top AC as well. I recently installed 6 HD 14 ply RV tires. Tires have less than 2400 miles on them. All drive belts, and the universal joints replaced recently to insure dependability. 64,500 original miles on coach. Motor and transmission perfect and no oil leaks or oil burning. Recently replaced rear springs with HD springs when I installed new receiver hitch and bike rack. You can now tow a small car or boat behind the coach. Recently purchased 2 new HD Deep Cell RV batteries. Coach is 22 years old but well maintained, very clean, with very little use. Very dependable and has a lot of life left in her. No water leaks and always maintained per factory specks. This is a ressonably priced and very safe and sound family motor coach, yet small enough for a single person, or an older couple. Very nice light wood cabinets provide a lot of storage space. We have the manuals and factory layouts of the RV.

We have throughly enjoyed this motor home!

She can be polished to a mirror finish, though I kind of like her the way she is.
