Worked it for the first 6 months, had to get back to work and needs more attention to make it. What we have here is a small espresso bar inside a market just south of Dollars corner. We have well over... OK let's just say bunch 'O' cash thrown over the fence. I'm ready to make a deal! I have this priced at the lowest price I can take because of partners. The shop is up and running, fully stocked, full time employee, etc... All this thing needs to take off is some blood sweat and I've already shed the tears.
