Missing Black And White Cat female (No Idea)

It's been over a year, but after what happened with oe of other cats, we figured out our neighbor took Kiarra to the pound and someone adopted her. She really is so sweet.
Or someone picked her up.
We miss her, whether the news is good or bad, or if you've adopted her, let us know if she's alright. She was my brother's cat and he absolutely collapsed without her.
She goes by Kiarra, Ki Ki, or any clicking noise. She is about 10 years but she is so small she looks like a kitten.
You can't see in the picture but she has a kink in her tail and it's short.
She hardly ever blinks her huge green eyes, and when she sleeps, she puts her paws under her so it looks like she has no arms.
We have posted here periodically and i check to see if someone's found her almost every day and we HAVE and do still check the pound. Nothing has come up.
We miss her so much.
