Director of Internet Store Development

Primary Role :
As Director of Internet Store Development you will report directly to the COO & President and will play a vital role in growing our business through the creation and development of additional niche retail websites. The position has overall responsibility for identifying markets for niche retail e-commerce sites then developing and marketing those stores.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new e-retail opportunities.
- Achieve internet sales and gross profit targets
- Purchasing and analysis of online media and promotions
- Management of affiliate programs and strategic partnerships
- Site design and functionality

Primary Duties:
- Data analysis and reporting with web analytics
- Management of all media (CPC, CPM) campaigns to maintain and exceed ROI requirements
- Domain acquisition and traffic development
- Web merchandising
- Affiliate program, Amazon.com and eBay campaign management
- Work with our Marketing Director, marketing assistant and programmer

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in online retail marketing
- Track record for achieving quantitative marketing objectives
- Command of SEO/PPC fundamentals,web analytics, A/B and multivariate testing, basic HTML and graphics abilities
- Passion for analyzing consumers, behavior and market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
