My name is Joe...But you can call me Joe Joe. And this is my story.
Im nor real sure how it all began, but I do remember this...One day 4 years ago, I was but a tiny fellow weighing 2.1 ounces and found myself in a shopping cart outside the Safeway parking lot. I dont remember if anyone owned me, but if they did....they didnt want to own me for very long.
I remember someone picking me up out of the shopping cart and placing me in a nice warm car, I remember the warm milk that was given to me and the soft bed I laid in later that day.
I knew I was'nt at a Animal Shelter because I was to small and Malnutritioned for the Shelter to "take me in"....so at that point I counted my blessings and was just glad to be alive.
As time passed, I realized that someone had rescued me, and was going to take care of me untill I was old enough to go to the Shelter and be Adopted. Which was fine with me .... That was 4 yrs ago.
Then I was big enough to have neutered and all my shots. So then the girl that put me into the warm car took me to the vet to have these things done : {
When I came home I decided I was having NO part of staying at this house anymore and out the door I went. A week went by and I decided to go back.....maybe it was not that bad. Sure enough I went back and she let me in again. Over the next several yaers she looked around to find me a home with a homeowner that would give me the same kind of set up I have here. But she has had no luck. She feels that since she does not own her home and never knows when she may move or buy her own house. So for me to move around with her being a indoor/outdoor cat is increasing the odds of me getting ran over or something...
So I am seeking a new place where I can be and never have to worry about moving around. I only want to have to figure out the area one more time...for good. I would prefer a house that is owned and has a cat door or window where I can come and go as I please. And a nice flower box since I have not had a litter box in 3 yrs. I prefer ther freash air of outside instead. I would like my family to love me when I come home and pet me when I want you to.
I also like BBq from time to time and I love to hunt also. It is my sport of choice. You name it I have taken it down.. Except the pitbull down the street. I do hang with kinda bad crowd, I know every racoon on this block. I live with other cats, a dog, a bird & 2 Fish. They use to have a hamster, but that is on the list of great feats. So please if you have kids wirh small animal pets you might want to re~think the idea.
