SECURITY SOLUTIONS of WA. an authorized Monitronics dealer is currently seeking 5 GOOD Security Sales Reps. We are also looking for 1 additional sales rep who is willing to oversee a sales team (sell as well as receive over rides from team sales) and eventually grow into a full time Management position.

I have been in the Security business for 12 years. I have worked for the "big" companies and I got TIRED of seeing MY sales reps always treated like 2nd class citizens by the big wigs at the top. I got so sick of it I started my own security company. Here is my philosophy: I will treat you right, pay you well, pay you what you should be paid when you should be paid, no BS, no mandates, no corporate crap to put up with. I will go over my comp plan in detail when you call but I pay a higher commission than anyone around -- UP TO $400 PER SALE! I am looking for experienced HOME SECURITY SALES CONSULTANTS ONLY. With my high commissions I dont provide training. I am looking for reps who after initial training on paperwork etc. can get out and do it.
