Big Mike’s Shake Shack is a locally owned and operated nutrition club dedicated to improving the lives of the residents of Clark County, Washington through health and wellness evaluations and one-on-one coaching. Shake Shack Coaches partner with our clients to structure customized health and wellness programs with achievable goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to write and implement custom health and wellness programs
• Take full responsibility for the new and renewing members of the club
• Perform initial wellness evaluations
• Meet with clients weekly to discuss progress towards their individual health and fitness objectives
• Recruit new members through community outreach
Education & Qualifications:
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and positive
• Great communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Flexibility and commitment including weekend availability is essential
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license
Experience:
• 12 months personal and/or nutrition training experience
• Strong understanding of health and fitness
• Ability to implement exercise and nutrition programs
• Marketing experience required

DESCRIPTION
The Massage Therapist focuses on creating an exceptional customer experience which exceeds the customer’s expectation
Embraces and promotes Estetica’s philosophy, culture, and high expectations of legendary customer service.
Promotes a positive environment for customers and associates through respect and trust.
Spa wide responsibilities including customer care, retail sales and daily maintenance tasks.
Maintains integrity of Estetica’s brand identity through compliance with all directives and protocols.
All other related projects and/or duties as assigned by the Management Team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Customer focused, team oriented and strong people skills
Proven exceptional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and listening communication skills
1 to 2 years spa or related massage industry experience preferred
Must hold and maintain current licensure or certificate of massage per local state requirements
National Certification – Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork a plus
Current CPR certification (if you do not have one you will need to obtain one before hire date)
Ability to perform 5-6 services per day including a minimum or 3 deep tissue massages
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Consistently exhibits high energy level; ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Ability to work on their feet in a fast paced environment for extended periods of time
Demonstrated leadership ability and positive work ethic
Extreme flexibility and adaptability to work weekends and overtime
Passion and desire for excellence; motivated, results driven and caring
Detail oriented, conscientious, thorough and reliable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge scheduling systems, Word and Excel preferred
