Company Description:
We design and sell imbedded devices in the photography industry and are a small business with big business results. Our goal is to create a comfortable, creative, and enjoyable work environment that lends to those individuals who take ownership, are intuitively resourceful, work to their maximum productivity daily, and can handle the high expectations of a fast paced industry without needing to be micromanaged. We maximize each position so that our employees are working in their strongest skill sets, therefore we respect the value of each employee. However, to put it simply, we do not tolerate slackers!

We currently have 3 openings for qualified and motivated individuals.

Technical Support Lead:
Must learn and understand all company products
Must already have knowledge of products in photography industry or be able to demonstrate ability to rapidly learn
Must be able to provide the highest level technical support via phone or email to customers who have little or no technical ability

Administrative Coordinator / Technical Support:
Must provide 2nd level Technical Support to customers via phone or email.
Must learn and understand all company products
Must be able to answer incoming calls and emails in a pleasant manner
Organizes and maintains Return System for defective or refunded products
Communicates with shipping department in the management of Return System
Must perform regular system backups
Must be able to enter all information into company database
Must have excellent organization and documentation skills

Customer Service Representative
Must be able to warmly welcome all guests
Must learn and understand all company products
Must possess basic knowledge of photographic equipment
Primarily responsible to answer all incoming phone calls, voicemails and emails
Filters all incoming phone calls, voicemails and emails and responds to as many as possible
Provides basic level technical support
Must have experience working with customer databases
Must be willing to keep office clean and tidy


Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required - College degree HIGHLY preferred.
Mac experience
Experience interacting with customers via phone and email
Technically savvy, experience with technical equipment and computers
Ability to to communicate technical topics in a non-technical way
Must be able to retain new information quickly
Polished customer service and written/verbal communication skills/experience.
Experience in photography and/or photographic equipment.
Be able to handle “difficult” customers.
Knowledge and experience with E-mail, Word, Excel, and databases or equivalent computer programs. (Mac preferred)
Precise and accurate with documentation and all details
