Do you have experience in everything construction, Gutters, Insulation, Painting, Fire and Flood Damage, Windows, siding, framing, roofing, decks, fencing, handyman services, remodels, drywall, finish-work , all types of flooring. Do you have the skills we need in a team leader???

Must be detail oriented, efficient, and demanding of accuracy and quality.

Must have strong skills in the area of project planning and organization, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the project plans and specifications, and have a verifiable track record of running projects efficiently and profitably.

Produce and update short term look-ahead schedules, maintain daily paperwork.
Establish and maintain control of jobsite safety and cleanliness.

Experienced at managing crew, and ability to interact with, owners, crew, and others in a positive and effective manner.

Have the ability to visualize the end product and know how to get there efficiently.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for this position.
We offer very competetive wage-we start at $18.00 with the ability to increase with working proof of your abilities.

We are a small general contractor with a long history in the area of construction and wish to hire a Hands On/ Working Crew Leader with the flexibility, focus on quality, and track record of responsibility that is needed to perform this job well. We expect you to be competent and complete these projects on time and on budget.
