"DOULA" is a woman who nurtures and cares for the expectant, or new mother. She "mothers the mother" while protecting the special bond between new parents. The birth doula is the modern day link in the tradition of women helping women in birth. By enhancing the birth experience through information, empathy, and physical assistance. As a doula, I'm a invaluable part of the birth team, in any setting, hospital, home, or birth center.. Statistics and studies have shown the emotional and physical difference a well-trained doula can make. She can help shorten labor by many hours, help reduce the need for pain medication and epidurals, and lower the chances of cesarean surgery. Studies have also shown an improvement in neonatal outcomes, breast-feeding, bonding, and greater satisfaction with the birth experience overall. The doula provides emotional support and reassures the mother with her calm suggestions.
A doula will provide you with continuous care during labor and delivery; unlike the L&D nurses. She does not have mandated breaks, or a shift change. She does not deliver the baby; but she will supply you with emotional and physical support from early labor, through out the whole labor. A doula helps you trust your body and helps you trust your own judgment.. The doula will help grant your wishes and inform the women of her rights during childbirth..

Cleaning Bathrooms ( wipe counters, clean mirror, clean cabinets, clean toilet, sinks, and bath/shower, sweep and mop floors, dust things on walls, clean light fixtures, and sometimes more.)
Clean Kitchens (Same stuff as bathrooms, I also wipe out microwave, clean outside of fridge, oven, and dishwasher, Sorry, but I do not do dishes)
Vaccum, sweep, and mop all rooms. (I use YOUR vaccum, broom, and dust pan, but have a steam cleaner for the floors. If you have waxed floors you will need to provide a mop)
Dust all picture frames, knick knacks, tables, ceiling fans, bookshelves, etc.
I will spot clean windows if they have finger prints (If you want all windows cleaned there is a small extra charge, usually this is done the first couple weeks of spring)
I offer vent cleaning before winter, so your heaters don't smell. I use a vaccum and a duster and basically just clean out the vent. Usually costs about $10 extra for the whole house.
I am very thorough and have numerous references. I am clean, drug/alcohol free, no criminal background.
I clean between the hours of 9am-6pm, 7 days a week.
24 hour notice is required
I do NOT clean extremely dirty houses. My service is for women and men that just don't like to do that extra cleaning every week or two.
We have never taken him to private property so I dont know why we cant ride there..His bike does not tear up anything as he is only 4 and he cannot go that fast..

Cun Tao is the first phase of training in the Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen art. It is an 18 week comprehensive self-defense course that teaches quick, effective and easy to learn self-defense. Beginning Poekoelan students are taught effective self-defense skills, kicks, punches, parries and the initial forms. Students also learn rolling, falling and a prescribed series of 108 quick releases, which can be used to defend against both empty handed attacks and attacks with weapons, including guns, knives, and clubs.

Our beginner's classes are called Cun Tao, which means Self-Defense. In Cun Tao your child will be taught effective self-defense skills, basic animal movements, kicks, punches, parries and the initial forms of our martial art, called Poekoelan (puh-kuh-lan). Cun tao also teaches a quick and effective response to over 100 different physical attacks. They will also learn how to use their voice to protect themselves, as well as self-defense strategies. Cun Tao is taught in a safe, supportive and non-competitive atmosphere, but most importantly its fun!

The next day, this morning the general dentist's office manager called and pressured me with "I've got good news, you don't need two root canals and two crowns...when can we schedule you to see a surgeon and get those four wisdom teeth taken out and add material to the teeth?" I said the specialist only said that one molar might need to go to make room to fix the tooth in front. The office manager backed up all over herself and said well the specialist has not sent his report yet, but since you have money left on your insurance you might as well use it.
I felt like a cow going to the slaughterhouse and said we'll have to take later. I made other searched for dentists on the BC/BS website, found one that looked promising and then Googled his name and found horrible reviews.

I have a quiet barn to work in, with a large indoor riding arena, a large covered round pen with high walls for focused attentions .. there is also a grooming stall, wash stall and individual
tack rooms so each horse has its own equipment space, so no sharing would happen ...
Your horse's stall is cleaned daily, it is given time outside in all weather when possible to stretch it's legs and just be a horse ...rolling in mud is allowed ...
but if you want a blanket on it, that is allowed too ...
I support and encourage your participation with your horse and myself daily or when you can come ... I do recommend your participation at least once a week though ..
I offer 2 diferent partnerships:
a. you buy the hay, grain, supplement(s), pay the monthly board yourself and support my daily care and interaction (includes stall cleaning) of your horse for an additional $250 a month
or
b. for $450 a month your horse gets the hay, grain, board bill paid, stall cleaned daily, turnout, groomed daily and the daily interaction of myself (and you?) for achieving the goal you wish to happen ...
