Inaugural Meetup: Surprising Findings from the Science of Happiness

This is our first meeting, following great events in Philly, DC, and New York. The first time happier.com has had a meetup on the West Coast!

The last ten years of research have lead to a host of surprising findings about the science of happiness. In this meetup, we'll gather in person to cover some of the most interesting developments. This will be a great chance for practitioners to meet each other and for enthusiasts to learn something new.

At the inaugural meeting of happierPortland, we'll have a special guest: noted author and educator Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener, author of Happiness: Unlocking the Mysteries of Psychological Wealth.

Robert Biswas-Diener, D. Phil., is Program Director for the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology and a part-time instructor at Portland State University.
