Leif is a gorgeous tuxedo gray silky heavy wool male. His fiber came in quickly and beautifully this year. His mother, Millaises Merrywether is by the fabulous Cabernet�s Pinto Blanc and his father is Cabernet�s Seval Blanc. Lief has a drop dead gorgeous head and tons of bone. Leif has not been shown since he turned two: only lacks a couple points of having his ALSA ROM.

Get your fill of Bull! You heard me. I'm up to my ears in bull, and need some room. Some say I'm full of bull. I agree. My freezer is full of bull, and now I need to fill your freezer or locker with bull, too. - I have two angus/hereford cross bulls ready to go.

Why should you believe in bull - especially my bull?

NONE of what you don't want: no hormones, no antibiotics, no wormer (ask most so called organic growers about that!) No feedlots, no wierd additives. Just plain ol' bull.

AND

EVERYTHING YOU WANT: Under two year old animals that have had room to roam, excellent feed program, gentle handling, reasonable sized animals (not overgrown monsters that make a half a beef 400 pounds) Ultra lean animals that will have flavor.

Why would I want an angus/hereford cross bull you ask? Well, my herefords are generally easy on fences, easy on me, and easy to raise. Angus can be, well, different than that. A cross is a good balance. Plus Hereford tend to store fat in the muscle. This in the muscle fat adds flavor and tenderness. But people think black fur tastes better, so the angus part does that for them.

BLACK BULLS ARE GREEN BEEF! Sustainability is an issue for some. I've been raising a free-roaming bunch of bull this way for about a decade. Ask the neighbor who found the bull in the picture in his garden, and he'd say a little too free-range. (He would say THAT was unsustainable, and told me I'd better get him home or, well, it would be bad) Numerous studys report bulls to grow faster than steers, so bulls have a smaller overall carbon footprint. This faster growth means they emit lower total methane emissions prior to, um, well, being eaten. And important in this economy - bulls sell for fair prices.

"I'll be able to tell it's bull won't I? " you ask. A recent study found "taste panel scores for flavor, juiciness and overall satisfaction of broiled top round steaks were not

The bull in the photo is typical of what I have to sell. This bull is in the freezer, and has already made many a tasty meal. (Mmmm. Bull Tacos!) I'd need to e-mail you a picture of the actual suspects if you need to see them. Some folks just can't seem to eat beef once they've seen them. I guess they prefer pretending that beef comes standard on little plastic trays.....

Are they grass fed? You bet. That's what bulls (and cows) go for. But bulls eat just about everything else you see in the photo but the barn and maybe the water tubs. So mine have been into the weeds, brush, trees, apples, pears, briars, the aforementioned neighbor's garden, probably things I'd rather not know about. They do leave calling cards, so I can tell where they've been, though. I put them on an all grass (or hay in the winter) diet to get all that gamey goodness flushed out of their system when "it's time." Otherwise they taste a lot like elk - which isn't so bad I suppose. I will grain them on request, but that's less natural and sustainable. I use a grain made of blended seeds when I do feed it on request. Also, I use small amounts of grain as a management tool - it's much easier to lead a bull than to chase one down. Bulls are surprisingly fast and agile, so chasing them isn't a fun game for me. Contrary to what you hear on TV, bulls like grain as much as kids like candy. But like candy, grain makes them fat not fit, so grain needs to be part of a well balance diet. Toast. Juice. And a bowl of... sorry. You get the idea.

I will sell these two in 1/4, 1/2 or whole quantities. Call me for info on all the ways you can buy beef, and ways to save.

Vegetarian? I'll sell them to you live, and you can take them home with you and make them pets. I'm really open - these guys just need to GO!

Loves attention and to be brushed. She is cinchy but has never bit or attemped too. I can stand on her and pick apples and slide off her back. She wont do anything. Currently doesnt have shoes on. Since she isnt on the rocks much. She's very friendly, and is always the first to come up to you in the pasture. She loves to get attention from people. I had first got her to train as a jumper, but I just dont have time for her now that I am in college. She has been ponied on trails with kids riding both bareback and with a saddle. You can jump on her wherever and she doesn't mind a bit. I hate to see her go, but there isn't any other choice right now.

1953 Ford Golden Jubilee Farm tractor for sale. This low hour, ( 3,350), 34 horsepower gas tractor has recently undergone a major restoration. The sheet metal was removed, sandblasted, and painted the correct Ford grey. like wise the engine, transmission, rear end was throughly cleaned and painted the correct Ford red. Upon re-assembly, the gas tank and the radiator were flushed. Re-assembly included new front tires, rears are good with one nearly new, battery,cables, voltage regulator, generator re-built, electrical tune-up, carb.,rebuild, fuel shut off/sediment bowl valve assembly, gear shift rubber boot, rear brakes and grease seals. All fluids drained and replaced with new.
The tractor features a four speed transmission. three point hydraulic hitch (live hydraulics), and a P.T.O. All work great and the three point with hold the weight without leaking down. The steering is nice and tight, since it has never had a front end loader mounted on it. All gages work including the factory tach/hour meter. The engine runs super and has great oil pressure. This is one sharp (nearly museum quality), Golden Jubilee (also known as a N.A.A.) and is ready to go to work or look good in your barn. He is patient. He is going to mature to 15 hands. He is nice and compact so he would be a great barrel horse or cow horse. He is very friendly he will leave his herd mates and come and greet you. 2008 Royal T horse trailer (Yacolt, Wa) $13000

I am selling my 2008 Royal T 4 horse bumper pull trailer. I bought this trailer brand new in July and I can no longer afford to make the payment do to job cut backs. This trailer is a slant load with drop downs on the head side and sliders on the tail side, double rear doors, swing out saddle rack for 4 saddles, heavy duty torsion axles, 5 lug wheels, padded dividers, stud panel in between the 3rd and 4th horse and a roof vent over each horse.
