THIS LICENSED PROFESSIONAL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MONTHLY WELLNESS CHECK, DELEGATION OF MEDICATIONS, SETTING PARAMETERS ON PRN MEDICATIONS, PERFORMING TB TESTS ON RESIDENTS AND EMPLOYEES, REVIEW OF PHYSICIANS ORDERS, COMPARISON OF MAR'S TO PHYSICIANS ORDERS AND RESIDENT ASSESSMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OREGON & COMPANY POLICIES. FAMILIAR WITH THE ALMSA SYSTEM OR SIMILAR PROGRAM. SUPERVISED BY THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND REGIONAL DIRECTOR. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK, BE PROFESSIONAL IN DEMEANOR AND APPEARANCE. WILL WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR.
