The wind energy industry is growing at a rate in excess of 25% per year. Renewable energy resources currently comprise approximately 5-6% of all energy produced.  The plans are for the US to have 25% of its energy resources to be in renewable energy by 2020.  This spells phenomenal growth for the wind energy industry which Garrad Hassan has served since 1984.  Garrad Hassan is based in the UK and has had a US corporate office since 2001.<br>

Garrad Hassan America has an immediate need for an Operational Wind Farm Analyst in either their San Diego CA or Portland OR offices.  GH supports operating renewable energy wind farms across the US providing operational wind farm performance analyses and asset management services.  A successful candidate will have had experience handling and analyzing large quantities of data.  Backgrounds in engineering, statistics, mathematics including an understanding of electrical/ mechanical controls logic, signal processing, and/or robotics is required.  You’ll join the Asset Management and Optimization Services (AMOS) team.  You’ll be working with wind farm owners on a regular basis monitoring the performance of their operating wind farms. Primary Responsibilities:<br>
 <br>
•	Monitoring the performance of operating wind farms for owners and lenders.<br>
•	Analyze large quantities of wind farm performance data.  Identify trends, isolate<br>
probable causes and communicate results in report form to client.<br>
•	Assess the wind resource in conjunction with the operational production data to develop the long-term expected energy production.<br>
•	Perform validation studies of wind flow and wind farm wake modeling<br>
•	Visit wind farm sites inspecting turbines and measuring equipment.  Confer with operations and maintenance staff on operational issues.<br>
•	Participate in the collation and maintenance of a global operational wind farm production database.<br>
<br>
Minimum Requirements:<br>
 <br>
•	3 + years experience in data collection, analysis or modeling of electrical/mechanical systems and controls or other relevant engineering disciplines.<br>
•	Significant aptitude and comfort in analyzing, interpreting and manipulating large blocks of data.<br>
•	Demonstrated ability to think creatively and expansively regarding innovative ways of processing data for greater specificity and clarity of information.<br>
•	Proficiency in plotting data with Excel and an understanding of SQL<br>
•	Excellent written and verbal communications skills<br>
•	Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% and climb 80 meter wind turbine towers.<br>
•	Experience in wind energy is a significant plus<br>

Educational Requirement<br>

Masters preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Life Science, Mathematics or related discipline from an accredited university.  Bachelor’s degree acceptable when paired with significant data analysis experience.<br>

<p>The Loss Prevention (“LP”) Analyst provides support to Netflix customers and the organization by reducing fraudulent activity such as disc theft, credit card theft, suspicious account activity and ‘out of pattern’ transactions. The LP Analyst is a system thinker and is primarily focused on early detection and on-going prevention of fraudulent activities. The LP Analyst will investigate, analyze, document and use sound judgment to make decisions. This position interacts with multiple levels of the organization as well as internal and external customers. This is a dynamic, fast paced position in a call center environment.<p> 


<p>RESPONSIBILITIES<p>

<li>Identifies specific fraudulent activity based on reports received from customers, Netflix employees and/or discovered through regular review of web-based monitoring tools. 
<li>Gather and interpret large amounts of complex data to formulate concise conclusions regarding account dynamics and trends. 
<li>Envision and articulate opportunities for change; control costs; develop and execute strategies to mitigate fraud risk. 
<li>Effectively identify problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools. 
<li>Contact customers via phone to provide resolution or obtain more information where necessary. 
<li>Responds quickly to all LP contacts (both email and calls). 
<li>Makes account level decisions to place accounts on hold and/or to cancel fraudulent customer accounts. 
<li>Assisting customers with Postal Delays/Losses to ensure customer satisfaction. 
<li>Work with internal Trainers and management to update call center employees’ LP knowledge and ability to handle basic LP issues. 
<li>Competent problem solving skills 
<li>Determine fraudulent activity based upon requests from the Netflix Security Department. 
<li>Refer cases to the Security Department which might require in-depth research. 
<li>Work in conjunction with the Chargeback Department to identify potential areas of fraud. 
<li>Work with Law Enforcement and Netflix Corporate Counsel to fulfill subpoenas. 
<li>Maintain customer privacy and do not release information without proper authorization / consent. 


<p>QUALIFICATIONS<p>

<li>Minimum of one year experience in one or more of the following areas: web-based fraud investigation, credit card transaction processing, fraud management, chargeback processing, or risk analysis strongly preferred. 
<li>Very strong negotiation skills with an ability to tactfully and professionally address discrepant information. 
<li>Demonstrated experience with extracting and interpreting large amounts of information from various databases and sources. 
<li>Emphasis on proactively developing solutions to eliminate fraudulent activity. 
<li>Positive and empathetic approach toward all customer interactions. 
<li>Must have strong Excel skills. 
<li>Demonstrated proficiency working with web browsers, strong web navigation skills and the able to work effectively with proprietary, web-based tools. 
<li>Excellent communication skills, across all aspects of job and organization. 
<li>Ability to be receptive to others’ views and feedback. Integrates feedback to improve performance and results. 
<li>Adheres strictly to Customer Service Guidelines when assisting all customers (both fraudulent and legitimate).

•	Advise management of requirements for equipment and facilities.  Monitor costs of operation within branch operating budget, maintain inventory of office supplies and forms. <br>
•	Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the membership and the community by ensuring active community involvement by the branch team.<br>
•	Ensure that the branch is run in an operationally sound manner and that Federal, State and local regulations and laws are consistently followed.<br>
•	Develop and implement a business development program for the branch, which includes a strong partnership with the Business Development Officer, internal partners and departments, and external groups.<br>

* Ensures compliance with local DOH regulations by conducting daily inspections of Bar areas, including equipment, and by training staff in sanitation standards. Reports critical issues to management.  Maintains the top health department rating for the locality.<br>

* Promotes responsible alcohol sales and service and ensures compliance with local alcohol service regulations.<br>
<br>
* Maintains appropriate inventory of alcohol beverages, and operating supplies and ensures the security of the same. Orders and receives supplies and verifies the quality and accuracy of all deliveries and invoices to ensure correct costing and billing by vendors. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to coordinate the internal development, writing, and publishing of Credit Union communications with particular emphasis on member and employee operational communications, marketing promotions, and credit union charitable activities.

<strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>
<ul>
    <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent work experience in journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field required. </li>
    <li>Two years&rsquo; work experience in the public relations, communications, or related fields. </li>
    <li>Excellent technical writing skills including writing, editing, and proofreading, are essential. </li>
    <li>Ability to interview all levels of management to determine/define key issues/activities to be communicated. </li>
    <li>Ability to gather, organize, and distill key issues/activities into concise, effective communications. </li>
    <li>Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, follow through, work independently, and handle multiple assignments and tasks under tight deadlines. </li>
    <li>Experience with social media strategies and/or credit union or bank experience highly preferred. </li>
    <li>Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team structure. </li>
    <li>Ability to thrive in a challenging, ever-changing work environment. </li>
    <li>Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. </li>

    <li>Support the development and implementation of concise, effective communications that support and enhance the credit union brand. </li>
    <li>Interview and collaborate with business unit team members to determine key operations, marketing, and training messages. </li>

    <li>Assist in editorial planning and consulting for member newsletters. </li>
    <li>Keep website and RSS news feeds current. </li>
    <li>Oversee and participate in credit union blogs. </li>

Purpose for the Position:<br>
To produce all orders as required by business volume and the Chef in an efficient, timely, and high<br>

Essential Responsibilities:<br>
1. Opens up each morning preparing and organizing the station and cooking all food necessary to<br>
start serving.<br>
2. Prepares all orders as turned in by wait staff and ensures all orders are cooked quickly and according<br>
to order, and leave the kitchen in high quality.<br>
3. Learns menus, recipes, presentation, and preparation methods.<br>
4. Ensures that all food is stored in proper containers and at proper storage and holding temperatures.<br>
5. Cooks only sufficient food in advance to cover expected business volume and to maintain quality.<br>
6. Prepares all food needed by other kitchen departments which is best prepared by this department.<br>
7. Prepares all food for next shift and for the following day as required and directed.<br>
8. Works with all employees as a team and ensure smooth operation of food production and meal on<br>
shift changes.<br>
9. Maintains the work area, including counter tops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration equipment<br>
in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.<br>
10. Maintains personal hygiene in compliance with applicable rules, regulations and laws.<br>
11. Enforces all controls as required such as portion control, employee meals, and stock rotation.<br>
12. Facilitate shift changes and relay any pertinent information to supervisor and/or next shift<br>
employees.<br>
13. Performs other related duties as required.<br>
14. Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.<br>
15. Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.<br>

<li>Assisting Deposit Product Support department programs and activities to improve quality of service and save money for the credit union. </li>

<li>Maintaining and updating credit union procedures manuals and training materials for staff knowledge and referral. </li>

<li>Reviewing and completion of maintenance documentation for IRAs, certificates and other deposit products. </li>
<li>Identifying needs, research and make recommendations regarding existing processes and procedures regarding account maintenance and process flow. </li>
<li>Completing assigned tasks related to tax reporting, tax form production, mailing, copy requests and corrections. </li>
<li>Coordinating ongoing monitoring of deposit product activity to ensure accuracy of new account opening and maintenance operations. </li>
<li>Processing documentation related to inactive and dormant accounts and deceased members. </li>
<li>Coordinating activities related to competitive research and rate change implementation
<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>
</li>
<li>One year Deposit Product support, operations, or financial services experience required </li>
<li>Knowledge of the credit union industry and products. </li>
<li>Knowledge or experience with First Tech deposit products preferable. </li>
<li>Ability to be self-directed and make independent decisions. </li>
<li>Possess problem solving skills. </li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li>

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will serve in a client-facing role requiring good people skills and excellent attention to detail.  You will lead your team by example, possessing a strong work ethic and superior verbal and written communication skills.<br>

Responsibilities<br>
·	Software design, architecture and development<br>
·	Requirements gathering, analysis and task breakdown<br>
·	Leadership of 2 to 5 person teams<br>
·	Estimation of iterations and tasks<br>
·	Test plan development and execution<br>
·	Design review and code review<br>
·	Team mentorship<br>
<br>
Requirements<br>
·	At least 3-5 years of software development experience<br>
·	Experience leading software development teams<br>
·	Proficiency in Java, Ruby on Rails, or C#<br>
·	Strong UML and object oriented design skills<br>
·	Excellent problem solving skills<br>
