So a little bit about me. I'm a person who has many times been described as having an old soul. I have many acquaintances, some friends and few great friends. I have a very good judge of character, though I am sometimes wrong. I'm a rare person that is honest, has integrity and all around fun person to have around.

Now enough of the "serious" stuff, we shall move onto the more simple things.

Movies, I love them. For me they're so sinfully good, I never bother to read the book they're based on. Bookworms, scoff all you want, I get that the book is always better than the movie. The problem is that if I should ever have my nose in a book, there is a good chance I don't realize it. When I am reading, I am deep within my own mind thinking about important things rather than actively paying attention to what my eyes are rendering. Important things like - "I can't wait for the new season of Lost." - "Why did the Yankee's have to win the world series for a 27th time?" - "As a child I used to be able to fit my entire fist in my mouth, why can't I now?" - "Billy Mays had a perfect beard, was it real?" - "It would be really awesome if I had some bubble wrap."

I'm into all kinds of movies. I really enjoy foreign movies and ironically I always watch them with subtitles. Comedies are always good, especially dark comedies. Zombie movies, a must love in this day and age. Gotta get your zombie education now before there's no more room left in hell right? A few of my favorite movies are Lucky#Sleven, Fulltime Killer, Clerks, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Animal House and the ever funny Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

I also really enjoy road trips. I have a tendency to get a hair up my ass and randomly leave town. Just for a weekend, I'll go to the beach, go camping or just go somewhere other than here. It's good for the soul to have a bit of adventure. Water get's stagnant if it stops flowing to ever new scenery, it's the same way with life and happiness.

I also really like getting to know new people, talking, bullshitting or having thought provoking discussions. It's all great fun.

re-model the house, drive dad around, and generally do all the stuff that needs to get done but that he can’t do some days. Great!!! Without question, I know I am where I am supposed to be, and I know I am doing what a father’s only son should be doing… And that makes me happy! But damn it I’d like just one more cup of tea with whiskey to finish the night off, maybe some Brahms, maybe some Little Anthony and the Imperials, little bit of mood music. Anyway, for all the good reasons to do difficult things… They remain difficult. I blame my parent’s implicitly for my current situation. Really, had they been completely fucked up, I would in no way feel the need to be here, and they could go to hell and look after their own selves. I’d also like to thank Cancer for bringing us all together, my sisters, parents, and my self. I’d like to thank my ex for dumping me, for completely understandable and yet completely self centered and selfish reasons so that I could be here for my family. I’d like to thank pop country music, the local bar, and the small town I live in for making me realize…. I’m not that bad off! I’d like to thank G-d for handing me my current situation, knowing full well it will make me a better person. I'm 6'1" about 189, I try to keep fit as best my schedule affords but I do alright. I’m looking for something real, something serious with a woman who knows what she wants. I’m not looking for just a platonic friendship – if I was, I wouldn’t be posting in this section.
