We are currently seeking a Credit Manager.
The essential functions of the position include:
• Collections and accounts receivable maintenance – international, government and key accounts
• Supervision of new account process
• Assist with supervision of staff
• Credit granting authority to $25K
• Monthly management reporting
• Act as back up for Director of Credit
Position Requirements Include:
• Ability to prioritize and delegate as necessary
• Coach and mentor staff to provide collection results without jeopardizing customer service standards and/or relationships.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate the English language in a clear and effective manner.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with Company’s Core Values
• Travel as necessary
Education & Experience Requirements:
• College degree in Accounting or Finance
• Five to ten years experience in credit, collection and accounts receivable processes.
• Knowledge of mainframe database management and control with emphasis in cash applications, order entry and credit account management.
