Powell’s Books has a temporary part-time opening for a Reconciliation Office Specialist to assist with the additional workload during our busy holiday season. This position will be responsible for data entry, reconciling gift cards, and office tasks as assigned. Qualified applicants for this position must have experience with Excel spreadsheets, demonstrated data entry skills, excellent computer skills, be detail oriented, able to work at a fast pace, and possess strong teamwork skills. Confidentiality required. Previous cash office experience is strongly preferred. The work schedule is likely to be 20 hours: 8AM–12PM Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, & Sat (schedule flexibility preferred). This position will start November 30th and will last as needed into February.
