Research Analst/Trader
IMS Capital Management employs a staff of fifteen, maintains offices in Portland, Seattle and Eugene, and runs a family of no-load mutual funds including the IMS Capital Value Fund, the IMS Strategic Income Fund and the IMS Dividend Growth Fund.
The Firm is currently seeking a junior research analyst/trader, with experience in certain key areas, to work out of the main Portland, Oregon office and report directly to the Chief Investment Officer.
The ideal candidate:
-would have a B.S. and at least two years of research and trading experience
-would have experience with Portfolio Center
-would have experience with GIPS composite work
-would be highly spreadsheet proficient
-would have or be pursuing a CFA
The position would be full-time with benefits.
Salary: $48,000/year - Significant upside and potential for advancement.
