Corporate Payroll Manager

Description: Our Superstar Payroll Manager is moving out of state. We are seeking a qualified Payroll and Accounting Supervisor to fill her big shoes. This position oversees a small Payroll staff and works with our dealerships' Business Office Managers, Corporate Accounting, and Human Resources to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for 650+ employees. Additional responsibilities include providing detailed reports to assist corporate and dealership management, Human Resources administration (New hire processing, maintenance of personnel files, etc), and assisting Benefits Manager as needed.

Requirements: Must have high volume, full-cycle payroll background and excellent accounting and management skills. POSITION REQUIRES AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP ACCOUNTING AND/OR PAYCHEX PAYROLL PROCESSING EXPERIENCE. Preference given to candidates with ADP Dealer Services Accounting software knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. College Degree and/or CPP designation also a plus. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
