We are currently seeking a dynamic Controller to join our group. We are a mid-size company in a burgeoning industry. The Controller will be responsible for the day to day management of the accounting staff, financial reporting, financial statement production and other ad hoc projects as necessary. This position will manage a team of 5-7 people. Additional responsibilities will include General Ledger oversight and management of the month end close process. This is a dynamic group of people and will require a leader with a similar personality. Required:
CPA license
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a progressive management role
Prior experience in a Controller role or similar
Preferred:
Experience in a mid to large size company environment
Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
10-15 years experience in a management role
