Locally owned Portland Real Estate Company with a diverse portfolio is seeking an experienced, professional manager. Must have at least five years of commercial property management experience (preferably office) or equivalent. Organizational and problem-solving skills, self-discipline/direction, and an outgoing personality are a must. A qualified candidate must also be proficient in Word and Excel (experience with property management software is a plus), able to accurately calculate basic real estate math, experienced with performing CAM & operating expense reconciliations, preparing rent adjustments & tax billings, and skilled at composing commercial agreements & business correspondence. Sixty-day probationary period.
