Summary of Position:
Cmedia, leading direct response television agency is seeking a Financial Feasibility Analyst in Portland, OR corporate office. Candidate should have experience in the analysis and creation of market feasibility studies including break-even analysis, proformaˇ¦s, forecasting models, use of comprehensive P&L statements for new and existing clients, preferably in direct marketing and ROI driven advertising. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment providing expertise in the development and management of breakeven financials and feasibility studies.
Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years of progressively responsible finance, operations, or related marketing experience
- Direct Response experience and solid understanding of the advertising/media industry preferred
- Knowledge of Access database Familiarity with industry measurement tools such as; IMS, TNS Media Intelligence, Competitrack, JW, Mintel, MRI, Hoovers WEff.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects at once.
- Demonstrated superior skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- BA/BS or MBA. Preferably in finance, economics, marketing related fields. Background as a successful Controller, Business Analyst or other finance experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop offers based on clientˇ¦s input, competitive information and industry experience
- Create and present to sr. management and clients Break-Even Analysis, Proformaˇ¦s, Forecasting Models, Comprehensive P&L Statements and Business Plans. This includes:
- Formulating product and strategy recommendations for senior management team based on in-depth market analysis. Acquire and utilize an in-depth knowledge about all the DRTV vendors, their strengths & weaknesses, pricing and performance.
- Preparing reports and profiles including background information, advisory relationships and market intelligence utilizing internal and external data sources.
- Performing client analysis by office and practice area.
- Create PowerPoint and other presentation materials
