Wednesday Morning classes at SE Gladstone and SE 26th in Portland Oregon. Come by at 8:00am on Wednesdays for an hour of freestyle vinyasa yoga. This is a breath based yoga system that moves flowing through a variety of postures. 2512 SE gladstone st suite 200 in the Bahia Arts Center. $5 drop in, classes are on-going all-levels.
