Established SE Portland State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking a part-time customer service representative.
Job Purpose:
Service and marketing of State Farm products to existing and potential clients.
Desired Skills:
Licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health is preferred but not required.
Strong listening, oral and written communications skills.
Self Confidence/perseverance/strong work ethic.
Ability to organize and act on several activities concurrently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement the agency’s marketing/sales plan and direct mail campaigns.
Conduct needs-based sales interviews in the agent’s office with clients and prospects.
Make professional recommendations to prospects and policyholders.
