Who We Are Looking For:
A driven self-starter who excels in customer service and thrives on helping and supporting others. Someone who likes technology as a user and can talk with people about what they see happening with their computer (dont need to be a technician, but definitely technical), and a willingness to be flexible to meet the demands of our team and customers. Job Duties:
Our dispatcher acts as the communications hub for our customers and coworkers; fielding incoming calls and emails from customers requesting service, dispatching and appropriately documenting work orders and handling a variety of administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of internal operations for company procedures. You will schedule, prepare and coordinate daily appointments, process deposits and transactions, and build and maintain quality relationships with our customers. This position calls for a well-organized person who enjoys multi-tasking, working with technology and people. We strive for nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements (Be sure to read carefully):
At least one year of office/administrative experience. Dispatching experience required (dispatching IT professionals a plus).
At least one year of customer service experience (phone experience preferred).
Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
Solid experience with MS Office; specifically Word, Excel and Outlook; and the ability to learn programs quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high-speed Internet connection in your home (cable/fiber/fast dsl)
The ability to pass a background check.
Great references.
