We have become a leader in the Portland/Vancouver market by providing our staff with the training and support that ensures our customers receive professional, courteous service when choosing Rapid Cash for their financial service needs.

Responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Understanding how to verify funds for checks being cashed
- Recommending product and service solutions
- Consistently balancing cash drawer
- Consistent execution of phone scripts and in-store marketing
- Accurate filing of customer checks and files
- Performing weekly store audits
- Accurately processing new Payday Loan and Title Loan documentation
- Punctual and consistent attendance

Skill Requirements
- Open schedule availability- Location hours from 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday and 10-4 Sundays
- Minimum 6 months cash handling experience
- Minimum 6 months Customer Service experience in a retail environment
- High School Equivalent education
- Professional and pleasant demeanor
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows)
- Ability to use calculator or 10-key
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high performance environment
- Ability to work well with others and take direction as necessary
- Basic math, money counting and alphabetizing skills
- Filing skills
