Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures in a call center environment.
• Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
• Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
• Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• All other duties as assigned.
Job Experience:
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Candidates must be 18+ years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Be able to type at least 25 wpm
• 1 year of any kind of customer service experience (with at least 9 months in one job)
Additional Details:
• Evening and early morning training shifts available from either 5:00am-1:30pm or 1:30pm to 10:00pm you choose. Evening and daytime post-training shifts available!
• Paid training provided/required for up to the first 6 weeks.
• $10.00/hour the first 90 days after pay is based on performance with average agents earning between $10.00-$11.75hr and our best agents earning $16.00-$18.00 some even more plus a monthly bonus.
• Full benefits after 90 days
