Lewis & Clark College seeks an energetic and personable individual who has demonstrated the ability to be effective as a multi-gender collegiate golf coach. The coach reports to the Director of Physical Education and Athletics or his/her designee.
Minimum qualifications:
The primary considerations for the position will be:1) demonstrated success/ ability to recruit male and female student-athletes to a highly selective liberal arts college, 2) demonstrated success communicating high level golf skills, techniques and strategies, 3) organizing on and off campus practices and events.
A Bachelor's degree and strong computer skills are required as is the willingness and ability to work in an enjoyable and challenging environment as part of a dedicated administrative and coaching staff. Certification in first aid, CPR/ (AED) is also required but can be provided for the appropriate candidate.
