YMCA After School Staff Needed

We are looking for Program Leaders for our before and after school site programs. These programs run through Elementary Schools in the Portland Metro Area.
Typically our staff work 20-25 hours a week, M-F in the afternoons from 2-6 pm.

Requirements
Must meet minimum qualifications as determined by the state licensing standards. One year (600 hours) experience working with children within a licensed child care/school facility or equivalent education. Must be dependable, creative, caring, with group management and organizational skills.
Basic Job Function
Responsible for the implementation of educational, recreational, creative programs and activities that encourage the healthy development children. Must support Site Director, program goals and mission, create and implement daily curriculum, supervise children in group environments, and maintain YMCA and licensing standards.
