Creative Minds Learning Center is excited to announce the opening of our newest school in Westmoreland on December 14th! This Eco certified school is located at 6109 SE Milwaukie and will feature beautifully designed classrooms for Infants - Pre Kindergarten, a community room to borrow books from our lending library, an indoor gross motor area and a children's garden and outdoor enrichment area. Weather permitting, we will be taking walks to Llewellyn School and Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge. This school is being carefully designed with soothing colors, age appropriate equipment and visually engaging interest areas and murals. We will have a commercial kitchen and laundry facility onsite to prepare organic meals and snacks and launder soiled clothes or cloth diapers. This school will feature the same excellent programs embraced at our other schools such as High Reach curriculum, Music and Dance, Reggio Art, Science, Gardening and Drama. Creative Minds is seeking teachers and aides for our newest upscale school. This school will also feature Saturday themed classes for parents, families and children, such as healthy cooking, parenting, crafting classes and other fun workshops, coming in Spring!
