Today twenty-five community-based licensees run their own businesses with Lango, a new and growing program that teaches foreign languages* to children. We are looking for more regional leaders, motivated individuals who share our passion for teaching languages to kids to bring Lango to their communities. Lango licensees own exclusive rights to offer our classes in their territories.
This is a low-cost opportunity to run your own business, including all aspects of growing the program locally, such as:
• Devising and implementing a marketing campaign to generate awareness of Lango.
• Leading a team of teachers, including recruiting and hiring new instructors as needed.
• Establishing relationships with local facilities where Lango classes will be held.
• Conducting direct sales to interested families and area schools.
• Managing the region’s finances.
• Teaching new languages to kids!
Licensees will have access to Lango’s support system, including:
• Well-established curriculum and operational model
• Proven, respected brand, as well as both national (web) marketing support and grass-roots marketing materials
• Extensive training & operational manual and multi-day live training
• Access to Lango’s customized registration software application
• Support and coaching from Lango’s highly experienced management team
• Membership in Lango’s community of regional leaders, who exchange ideas and information as they grow their businesses
Successful licensees will be those who…
• Are active in and connected to the community
• Thrive on autonomy and independence
• Possess excellent organizational skills
• Care deeply about teaching new languages to kids!
Finances:
Startup costs are very low, including a $500 website setup fee, $1,000 tuition for management and teacher training and instructional and marketing materials costs (approximately $2,000 total).
Lango recommends a training & preparation period of 2-3 months prior to starting classes.
Licensees then pay on ongoing percent-of-revenue royalty.
