Multnomah Athletic Club seeks a part-time Lifeguard and Swim Instructor.

Responsibilities include the following:
*Monitor pools and responds to emergencies
*Provide swim instruction to members of varying levels and ages by conducting group and private lessons in a safe learning environment

Requires the following:
*Must be at least 16 years of age
*Hold current Red Cross lifeguard certificate, First Aid/CPR- for the Professional Rescuer & WSI, ASCA or equivalent experience
*Strong rescue skills and demonstrated professional qualities
*Previous swim instructor experience
*Passion for teaching children in a positive, caring manner.
