Must have several years high-volume wheel experience for busy, fast-paced 170 seat restaurant.
Large, changing multi-ethnic vegetarian, chicken and seafood menu.
Clean kitchen: no deep fryer, no hamburgers, no steaks.
150 to 400 covers per shift. Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday
