The Sales Manager is responsible for a proactive sales effort, generating new business and contacts as well as managing existing accounts.

Must maintain an active prospecting effort and meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals. Is also responsible for maintaining sales files, sales database, developing weekly sales reports and assist in developing the annual selling plan in accordance with the Oxford Suites sales procedure standards.
