*MUST HAVE 3 YEARS PM EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
*COLLEGE DEGREE MANDITORY
*SALES EXPERIENCE MANDITORY
*MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE A FILE FROM START TO FINISH WITH THE GOAL OF PROFIT
*MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
*MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE DIRECTIONS
*MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK
*MUST BE ABLE TO RUN MULTIPLE JOBS
*MUST BE VERY PROFESSIONAL
