Positions available for Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors for apartment communities in the Portland area.


1. Maintance Technicians MUST have previous apartment maintenance experience and be able to perform apartment turnovers and routine maintenance requests.


2. Maintenance Supervisors MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SCHEDULING APARTMENT TURNOVERS & STAFF SUPERVISION OF 3 OR MORE PEOPLE. A MINIMUM of 3 years experience in apartment maintenance at 300+ unit communities is a plus. Must be skilled in pool/spa maintenance, apartment make ready, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
