My silly head rode through a rainstorm and ran into the house worried about a possibly wet computer in my backpack. Computer safe and sound, I completely forgot to lock my bike up, and of course it is now gone. My husband found a kitty behind our church at 57th and Lombard. It ran up to him, and started meowing and following him. It followed him to the car. So we brought it home, and are now trying to find it's owner. We believe this kitty has a family, because it is so friendly. She didn't want to be around our other cats at all, and we are keeping it in a vacant apartment that we are renovating. We will try to find it's original owner for a week, and then try to rehome it. We already have 4 cats in a studio apartment, so there is no way we could keep her. (We've tried to see what it is, and have determined it's probably a girl) This kitty is a little too nice to be a stray, and seems to know about litter boxes and kitty beds. (She really has enjoyed the bed we provided her) So, if this is your cat, please send me a message or call me. Tigger is a LARGE, young, neutered male cat. He has short hair, smoke (white underneath when stroked) STRIPED BLACK FUR.
He has EXTRA TOES (thumbs) on his front paws. His ears are erect and his tail is long.
(The top two photos are him as a young kitten. The bottom one was taken in November - he disappeared on the evening
of January 31st and already weighed 12 lbs.!) He has the typical friendly tabby personality.

Around 3:30pm Monday November 9th I was at Fred Meyers loading up my son and grocries. In the process of trying to get my son out of the road I dropped my wallet and after getting him back into the car followed by the grocries that had too had spilt onto the road I was a little frustrated and flustered. I forgot to pick up my wallet off the ground. I went to get gas right at that moment I realized what I did. Not even 5 min later I came back and the wallet was gone.
It's pink, black, white "Billabong" with all my stuff, no money, my license, health insurace card for both my son and I, bank card, oregon trail card. Everything has been canceled. Female 4 year-old, spayed cat (looks to be the size of a 1 year-old cat). She isn't microchipped, or wearing a collar (she's very skillful at removing the collar), and was scheduled for an appointment to be microchipped and disappeared.
She is skiddish around people she doesn't know, likes to catch birds and rodents, and wonders around a lot, so you might sight a gray cat near your yard or a neighbors.
Has white paws (front and hind) and white underbelly, has golden with green highlights around her eyes (they are not one or the other, she has VERY distinct eye colors if you stare at her closely).

Last seen July 8, 2009 (07/08/09).
Usually comes home for breakfast and dinner. But has had disappeared around this time for 10 days or so.
Location: 92nd SE area between Powell and Division.

An old neutered male Siamese/Snowshoe mix cat has been hanging around my yard for a couple of weeks. The top part of his face is very dark, and the rest is light colored, and he has a light tan body. He has white paws. I've been feeding him soft food, since he was at death's door, and just skin and bones. I took him to the vet, and he doesn't have a microchip. All of his teeth except the fangs have been pulled. The vet said he is quite old, but other than starvation, he's in ok shape. He's packed on a few ounces since I've been feeding him, but still under 6 pounds. I will feed him for a couple more weeks, but if no one claims him, I will take him to the pound, as he is terrorizing my kitties. Someone must have loved this cat enough to pay for his teeth-pulling, and he is very loving to me, he likes to be held, and purrs. If you or someone you know is missing a cat fitting this description, please contact me, and describe his tail, which is quite distinctive. I'd very much like to get this cat back to his owner.

Oh no! Tina the chicken has disappeared! Last seen grazing our enclosed backyard near 29th and Alberta Street, Tina is an older black and white chicken. Poor Tina is moulting right now (which means she has lost many of her feathers-- it happens naturally to chickens in the fall but looks pretty horrific), so she is especially vulnerable to predators. We found 2 lost or abandoned large domestic rabbits hopping down our street on halloween. After a couple of hours spent trying to catch them, we managed to get one of them, but the other unfortunately got away. The one we caught is very sweet and curious, and appears to be an un-neutered male. We are really hoping that someone is missing, and looking for, their beloved pet and didn't dump their bunnies in our neighborhood to fend for themselves (though the one we caught has shown no interest in escaping since we've had him). He seems to have been handled a good bit, and it looks like there is a tattoo in his ear, but it's hard to make out. We filed a found report to MCAS and posted on craigslist right away, but haven't heard from anyone. I'd much rather give him back to his owner than drop him off at a shelter to inflict further trauma and uncertainty on the little love, but we are going to start trying to find him a home if we don't get a response.

For the time being we are caring for him and treating a mild case of ear mites, but we want to get him in a home asap. If this is your runaway bunny, or if you know of someone who is missing their rabbit, please email me with a description.

If you abandoned your pet, or know the person who did, then shame on you. Not only is such an act unethical, it's also illegal. There are venues available for people to get assistance in the event that one is unable or unwilling to care for a pet--abandonment is not a viable option.

Missing P.K. our 12-pound orange male tabby. He has a white bib, belly and paws and symmetrical markings. No collar/tags or chip.

We just moved into a house just off Lombard and Denver, so P.K. might not know where his new home is. He left on Oct 23. Could be making his way back to NE 24th and Glisan. He's a bit skittish but is friendly when needs help. Look for him on windowsills...he likes to make big jumps.

I had my car broken into. They stole a Gregory Denali top half of a frame pack that contained fishing gear. Worthless to anyone who does not spend a lot of time flyfishing. It had a black box of flies, some Rio tips and various jigs and spinners. Also stolen was a Green Redington Wading jacket with a white visor with my company's logo on it. There was a leatherman in there as well. They got an XM radio (worthless since it cannot be reactivated) and a digital camera that didn't work and a Suunto Altimeter watch that didn't work. An starving kitten showed up on our patio the evening of 11/02/09. We were able to catch it last night and brought it into our house where it is enjoying good food, snuggling, and staying warm and dry. So far, the sex is unknown, but we are taking it to the vet today for a wellness exam. If you can describe your missing kitten and it matches this one, it must be yours. Otherwise, we plan on keeping it in the family! It is very skinny and it appears to have been on it's own for awhile.

Please help us find Baby! She was last seen around mid day on Saturday, November 7. We believe she managed to get out of the house during the rain storm and may have sought shelter on someone's covered porch or windowsill. She is gentle but timid, and very calm. She sleeps with our children every night and they are worried sick after spending two nights without her. She is a very small bodied adult female tabby. She has white paws and chest. Her legs are black and brown striped. Her body is mostly black with brown tabby marble. She is five years old. Thank you so much for the people that prayed and helped us find our Boston Terrier Bella. We just adopted her today, and she got loose as we were walking around the Pearl at 6:30 pm. She ran, and we ran after her, but she is just so fast. We passed out our cards to everyone in case they saw her, and after looking for an hour, someone called who spotted her. That led us to her general area and fortunately she ran into a fenced construction site and we were able to grab her. Poor girl had never seen the big city before and she was spooked!

Thank you for all those who prayed for us as we searched--our prayers were answered and she is home safe!
