Core Responsibilities:
Ensure all projects and task initiatives are met including start and end dates, plus management and coordination of team resources (e.g., project managers, designers and copywriters).
Facilitate job flow between Account Service, Creative and Production departments by communicating project status, schedules and approval process.
Coordinate meetings to review internal briefs and creative concept reviews.
Schedule freelance staff, and handle stock photography purchases and outside vendors.
Work with creative team leads to coordinate resource allocations and ensure project completion deadlines.
Monitor job status daily, and prepare weekly status reports for all delivery teams.
Qualifications:
A MINIMUM of 3-5 years experience in a Traffic role.
Very strong computer/Internet skills including STRONG Word, Excel and PowerPoint ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Multi-tasking and problem solving.
