OOTO Recruiters is on the lookout for dynamic, energetic and an experienced promotional ambassador to work hard and have fun as a Marketing Coordinator for one of the worlds leading wireless providers. The Market Coordinator will provide support to the Market Manager by helping manage 4 Brand Ambassadors and an event display promoting and demonstrating Verizon Wireless products.
Staff Requirements:
Leadership and organizational skills
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Must be professional, good spirited, outgoing, organized, committed and punctual
Must be comfortable communicating one-on-one and to a large crowd in order to create product buzz
Must be flexible with the ability to adapt well to challenging situations
Ability to retain detailed information
Second language and wireless experience a plus
Must be 21 and older
Market Coordinator Responsibilities:
Staff management (team of four)
Act as brand ambassador at mall
Assisting with administration work (online written reports, submitting staff hours, recaps and photos)
Submitting expenses
Collateral management
Equipment inventory
Responsible and committed to working long weekend hours
Attend training session
Dates on schedule thus far:
Portland, OR
o Training dates to be scheduled on or around November 16 19
o Training sessions in Chicago may be required (travel and time compensated)
o Work shifts during mall hours on Fridays and Saturdays, November 27th December 19th 2009.
o Additional work hours may be available
To make the first cut:
Must meet the above criteria and be able to attend all dates on schedule. Due to short timeframe staff must be committed to the weekend shifts. Back-ups may be hired.
