We have an immediate opening for a full-time Marketing & Sales Specialist. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

>Responsibilities

Responsibilities summary:
• Help with the execution of marketing lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns, including email, event preparation, and direct mail
• Manage database of marketing leads and sales prospects, improve data quality, and tag leads and prospects for inclusion in campaigns
• Communicate with leads via phone and email to provide more information and to determine whether or not they are qualified sales prospects.

Responsibilities details:
• Communicate with leads by phone or email in a timely manner as part of lead nurturing campaigns
• Help design, and execute marketing campaigns, materials, and activities to achieve sales objectives.
• Help write/edit articles, blog, ad copy, and other marketing content.
• Plan tradeshow involvement as well as other event marketing.
• Create and edit presentations.
• Produce regularly scheduled reports on marketing activities.
• Manage lists and work with database of leads.
• Coordinate various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, and other sales literature.
• Analyze and report on website activity.
• Conduct market research, including customer surveys.
• Keep contact and communications information up to date in database

>Requirements

Required:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
• 2-3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in business-to-business environment
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Able to work well in a team environment, but also function independently
• Excellent writing skills, especially in business-to-business communications
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Resourceful and execution-focused
• Able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong creative and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
• 1-2 years telephone sales or marketing experience and/or training
• Web/online marketing experience, including web analytics and search optimization
• Experience using Salesforce.com
• Graphic design experience
• Experience with marketing of technology products

This is a full-time position. Some projects may require extended hours. Normal office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm daily. As a full time employee, you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits plan including healthcare.
